Andie Mai Morgan

Andie comes from an investment banking background with over a decade of expertise in raising seed capital between £3m and £10m for ethical and sustainability-focused businesses in the UK, EMEA and South America. She has partnered with leading brands in the luxury resorts, hotels and real estate sectors, guiding companies through ESG directives to achieve sustainability and Net Zero goals.

A passion for everything equestrian led to founding the charity Red Mountain Ecuestre in collaboration with Happy Horse Riding Academy in 2018. RME focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating and adopting horses, providing a safe home for life, while HHRA supports the horses and programmes through ridden activities and training.
